Cancelling reservations:
In case of cancellation the following charges will apply:

• to 49 days before the arrival date, £25.00.
• 48 to 21 days before the arrival date, 25% of the booking amount.
• 20 to 8 days before the arrival date, 75% of the booking amount.
• 7 days before the arrival date, the full amount of the booking.
• In case of a no show: the full amount of the booking.

• The full amount to be paid in full 8 weeks before arrival date
• Refund of security deposit 1 week after departure
• Vat is included in the accommodation price
• No pets allowed
• Smoking is not permitted inside the property
